Trials? Due Process? As I recall, the news media wasn't even allowed to know the names or even the number of individuals held there. At this point, I don't even think we know what any of them are actually accused of.
If they are al Qaeda, then their mission is to kill us, and for that, we should not let them out. There's not much point to a trial if we've determined that they are al Qaeda since we know the result: guilty. What would be the point of a trial as it would only mock any sense of real justice?
On the other hand, it would be nice to know the truth about al Qaeda...
