I’m not a big fan of the death penalty but neither am I a vocal opponent especially when it’s being applied as punishment to the most heinous crimes. I was thinking about it today after reading this article by Cal Thomas and I began to wonder…If I killed someone and was sentenced to death, would I really feel that I was receiving unfair punishment? If I took another person’s life, why, oh why would I feel entitled to continue my life on this earth?
