its not only about safety, its also about justice. if someone can clearly and indisputably be shown to have premeditatively killed another, then they should themselves die... no question. same punishment should apply for pedophiles and rapists... however, you join with your 11-year-old daughter in celebrating the music of eminem, so i dont expect a reasoned or mature discussion on the issue...
