Kevin,
If you are tired of seeing all the media coverage of the peace protesters, then turn your TV off. I don't believe that the majority of them are walking in circles because of "compassion and support for saddam", but rather compassion and support for the innocent lives that will be lost.
"Does it bother you to see people celebrating their freedom, Ian?" Could you explain what you mean by this? Have I ever suggested that I object in any way to people enjoying the liberties that their government grants them? In fact, doesn't your objection to the US peace protesters run exactly contradictory to this?
"Does it bother you to think that Bush was absolutely right?" Has some outcome been determined? And try to stay focused - the question was never whether or not we could annihilate their primitive fighting forces, but what do we do afterwards?
"I've never been more proud of the man." Me, too. I thought long and hard about this, and can't think of another thing he's done that has as much potential to improve anything.
