Not the worst, but certainly the naught.
As in naught job growth, naught economic growth, naught intelligence growth (we could get into negative when we factor in Glenn Beck & Sarah Palin) and naught social growth - actually let's call this a negative - Reality TV and Pseudo Celebrities as evidence for the prosecution.I hereby name the decade The ZIP Decade - as in zip progress.DEVO was right!!
