Glad you brought up Norman Lear, Messy. He is responsible for what I think is the greatest sitcom ever, All In The Family, as well as one of the most underrated ones, Fernwood 2 Nite. He then went on to found People For The American Way, which has battled the Religious Right tooth and nail for decades. I'm not a joiner by nature, but I'm a proud member of that organization.Peter T.
