The aftermath of World War II contained many things, and among them were hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars, looted from China, Southeast Asia, the Jews of Europe, and etc, utterly separate from the visible global economy, which found itself in the worst possible hands—those members of the US intelligence establishment who were in fact fascists. These tranches of operating capital joined with other fascist tranches of capital, and created the twisted, unnatural landscape that we are currently suffering under.
