Pat,Come on...quit reading off that sheet of the republican playbook...For one thing, your old boy Dick ("Other Priorities" during his time for war) Cheney has said wars are won by the previous administrations military.Second, Clinton, like every president raised military budgets.As for terrorist attacks on American soil by foreigners....just how many took place before 9/11? Wasn't it just one? This "Zero" attacks on American soil proclamation on the right simplifies the entire terrorist agenda of the Taliban and al Queda.
