These prisoners get 3 meals a day, medical treatment, dental treatment, clean clothes, time for daily prayers etc etc etc. If you, or anyone else honestly believes the prisoners at Gitmo are treated as if they were in a concentration camp or a gulag as Durbin has clearly stated, you're beyond reason and totally irrational.

Can you give us an example of this language that offends you so? Personally, I found Durbin's remarks despicable and irresponsible. Al Jazeera carried his comments on page one for two days, for all Arabs to read. Do you think they bothered to carry his apology? They did not. Do you think his words, and the fact Al Jazeera printed them, will put more American lives in danger around the world? Are you ok with that?
