in America we can't have a rational firearm discussion is every time one starts, people like you immediately resort to using inflammatory language, knee jerk political BS and diatribes.

Time magazine just had a two page layout on mass shootings and firearms. In the world, the US (of industrialized, modern nations) has the highest murder rate when it comes to firearms.

So do people really think when this nation can't even discuss the level of violence we have in a rational manner that we can also have a serious discussion about firearms?

(Ps...Dianne Feinstein, like almost any other well known person probably feels unsafe for a variety of reasons - one of them being the level of discourse in this country and how the violently mentally ill respond to celebrities/well known people).
