No, what we got was a party that has always been hell bent on control to politicize the the shit out of it, dancing in the blood of those poor children the very moment it happened and their agenda is obvious as hell.

Look, we had the assault weapon ban for 10 years before. It didn't do shit then and it won't do shit now.

Not to mention, it always amazes me how anti-gun (specifically anti so called "assault weapon") folks are quick to stand up for the right of women to commit 1 million murders a year via abortion to protect thier "rights", yet they fully support taking the genuine rights away from millions of law abiding citizens because of a couple of psycopaths and are now using those 20 kids as the catalyst to so. Disgusting and hypocritical IMO.
