"IQ testing for gun ownership might also be a good idea ...."

We could call it the "Marc the Moron Statute" mandatory IQ testing on an annual basis to purchase and keep your weapons. That would probably disqualify most of these clowns from owning a gun.

The NRA sunk to a new low putting the president's daughters in their advertisement...but hey, I think most of the NRA would have to ask how to spell IQ.
