I do have a different take on all of this. I believe Trump has now been accused of I think something like 91 felonies in the past year or so and the New York fraud case really stands out because there were no victims and it is a far reach by Letisha James and in fact has never been used before (at least to this level) in New York and it sets a very bad precedent for the state because if she doesn't like your politics and you are a business person in New York then chances are a lot of them will leave. 

When I say there were no victims his own witnesses (the banks he borrowed from) even said that they were paid back and had no issues.  You do realize that it wouldn't matter what Trump claimed his properties were worth. They have their own internal appraisers that do due diligence on the banks behalf and loans were made accordingly.  Does Letisha have a team of her own expert appraisers? I doubt it.  The judge in the case valued Mar-a-Lago at 18 million.  Clearly he hasn't priced real estate in Palm Beach before because it is worth far more than that and any realtor there would say so.

Also, Letisha made it a point in her campaign for her election to "get Trump".  That by itself should give everyone pause.

This case and all the others are very clearly politically motivated.  The left has pulled out all the stops to tie his hands and keep Trump in court (or better yet prison) during an election year and that is disgusting in my opinion.  That is third world shit. That certainly flies in the face of democracy.  It is corrupt lawfare is what it is and should be obvious to anyone and is to a huge number of our population.
