Well, if he is what E suspects he is, a troll that is just trying to aggravate us, then it is not a conversation I want to have, no. If that's what it is, it won't go anywhere. He's just throwing shit at us. And E is correct to suspect it because he did do that to us here in the past. So, there is reason to think that.
If he is a dupe, that somehow does not see or understand what Trump is and somehow believes the things Trump and the right wing media spew, then I think there may be a shot, probably slim, to reach him.

Marc once told me here that he was a moderate. A just right of center guy. I know he has always been big on the gun rights issue. Well, the moderates, are fleeing the party. Even on FOX news they have been saying, admitting, the Republican party is in shambles.
Which it is, there is no way around that, it is plain as day. I think that's why they have admitted it on FOX. Every single day now we get a win or several wins that indicate the Republicans are in big, big trouble. A Democrat just absolutely crushed a Republican to win a State House seat in deep red Alabama, and she did it running on the abortion issue. Kari Lake just surrendered and admitted she lied in her election fraud nonsense in Arizona, she now has to pay damages and admitted there was no fraud in the Arizona elections. Trump had his new bible grift go wrong because this has apparently offended some of his Christian followers and they found it offensive. Which it is, I mean if Biden started selling bibles the backlash would be huge...and I would be part of it.
Trump does nothing but hemorrhage voters, I just was thinking, maybe Marc is one of them. Maybe he has had enough. If he wants Republicans to win, well, Trump is not the person you want around.
Of course, yes, I am curious, can't help it, I do wonder what appeals to Marc about Donald Trump. What draws him in? So, some of it on my part is I am trying to apply reason, logic, and facts, and some of it is I can't stand the curiosity and I really want to know why he sticks by this guy...a guy that would betray anybody for his own gain.
Maybe he revealed why he is loyal to Trump in the first post in this thread. He says he worked for him, or did some kind of work for him. Maybe he genuinely likes Trump due to his interaction with him.
I saw a supercut on YouTube yesterday someone did of all the people that have worked in Trump's inner circle that have come out and admitted what a rotten person he is, and they all claim he is unfit to be president. The list is huge.
I agree with you, if he has not yet seen through Trump, he likely never will. Several of us made appeals to him in this thread with facts and I also tried an emotional appeal with my 9/11 post to him above. So, I think we hit him up a couple different ways.
I will say this, I think nobody ends up despising Trump more than a person that suddenly realizes they have been conned by the guy. That person has been burned in more than one way. So, if Marc did turn on Donald, it is probably going to be in a huge way.
We have always seen through Trump, seen the dangers of him being involved with our government. We have never been fooled by him. I'd bet you good money if Marc ever did turn on Trump, his feelings toward him would be far more complex and far deeper than what we feel because he got sucked in.
