He is a top National Security insider, and this op ed of his appeared yesterday, was written recently, and should be paid close attention to. He has been right all along about this mess, and continues to be right.

Riverbend is not a dead novellist, either. What she is writing about is occurring right this moment.

That you choose to wrap yourself in fantastical self-justifications and comfort yourself with war-drum pounding at a historical moment like the one we are facing is unfortunate.
