I get ya with regard to the fact that anybody who wants to cop-out can pop their own tab, but what I’m getting at is it appears that elderly & chronic illness is a cash cow…& well…it just don’t read like “good” medicine to me.  I’m not fool enough to believe there’s a connected lobbyist out there right now lobbying for reform in this category,

it was just a rant.  & I don’t have a lobbyist in my pocket do some harm on my behalf; so earnest ranting is what I’m reduced to.  Hello, we had the technology for “personalized” medicine (pharmacogenomics) more than a decade ago:  Smart drugs that have the potential to pin-point a target &/or specialize the most suitable compounds & dosages for select ailments without all the human lab rat processes that often lead to too-little-too-late or just simply too much of a bad thing or too little of a good thing.  Yet the personalized medicine “revolution” has been hobbled for sake of the money shake-down, the pipeline.

on the QT, is offered an opportunity to get a leg-up politically by opting to play ball, congressperson plays ball or eats shit, chooses to play ball, …constituents get fckd!  Same thing at the local & state levels where politicos are pining for higher & higher offices for lack of any other options in their field:  Self-serve public office.  [IMHO] There is no means to fix our present government/growing police state.  Not by ……..

conventional means anyway.  So you rant in your diligent way & I rant in my frivolous way and folks like Reg & Ross offer voices of reason…& Ed keeps us from unscrewing our heads … ‘cause we’re laughing too hard to quit trying.  & nothing of any real tangible fix gets done … & we grow older & our kids take over … & they piss & moan …& we die … & leave behind unsurpassed medical bills … & our kids read about rebellious acts and GOP nonsense & Democrat nonentity & nobody drops a bomb and the earth doesn’t implode or freeze man out, …& nobody alive invents ice-nine … so nobody’s thumbing their noses at the sky on a lazy iceball afternoon … & Hollywood has it’s red carpet … & ET has it’s cameras … & everything costs 200% more … and the lower 98% is making 100% less, chained to the post, … and union leaders are now police captains/muscle … & hospitals are now human recycling plants … & food is now all poisonous or biological waste…but we’ve developed some tolerance …so most of our body parts are intact … but we’ve become a far uglier race … except those who can afford total body make-overs … &……………………………………procreation

by way of touching and pleasuring, the best reason to be alive, is outlawed……
