For the most part, GreenM, with regards to my rambling rant, I was only kidding around.  Rhyming words and science fiction.  People may overcome.  I know you are being quite serious, & good that somebody is.  Somewhere between you & somebody else, the answers may surface…&, with ‘em, the means to formulate an antidote to tyranny.  It’s not me to say it won’t.  But the older I get, the weirder things appear both in the rearview mirror & up the road ahead.  So, what, I should cease to drive?  ...Nah….

From my vantage, it appears to be a perpetuated cycle of misuse of authority across the board.  There are the occasional exceptions & sometimes it seems humanity might learn by it’s mistakes, …but then things get whacked-out in due course again as the seeded take to makin’ bacon and stakin’ claim to the lion’s share…to the detriment of the land & citizenry.  But I’m not privy to the ways & means, …so mine is really not to reason why, mine is but to do [what I can for those in my reach] & die probably a little disenchanted. 

It’s the cycle.  There’s a whimsical movie just released called Evan Almighty: Afternoon family fun for all ages.  However, at the root of all the silliness and laughter is an air of truth.  It’s been depicted in film since the dawn of the camera, & in that regard we’ve made only bits & pieces of headway.  Mostly we just live with it, or it lives with us.
