So, Trump is going to bring about a new world order, and it is going to be ugly.
His foreign policy plans are a true horror show for the world and will completely reshape it.
First, Trump knows nothing about foreign policy and his take on it is this, if your country is closer to it, it is your problem.
If he is holding a grudge against you, you will get no help.
And third, make him a cash offer and if he likes it, you can do whatever you want to whomever you want. He will look the other way.
He has solutions on the table that reflect this.
Israel and Palestine - Let Bibi kill them all, take Palestine, his son-in-law has discussed putting luxury hotels and condos for Israelis where the Palestinians once were. No mercy for the Palestinians, they can be wiped out at Bibi's discretion.
Ukraine - It belongs to the Russians, at best his solution will be to let Putin have whatever he currently controls and at worst he will tell Putin Ukraine is his and probably let him shoot Zelensky in the street. Remember, Trump has no love for Zelensky because he would not go along with inventing an investigation of Hunter and Joe Biden. So, as far as Donald is concerned, he is a shared enemy of he and Putin. If Putin wants to move into additional countries, he may, just make Don an offer. Trump does not consider it the US responsibility to stand with our European allies. Again, if Putin is closer, he can have what he wants. Vance, Trump's VP pick, has openly said he does not care at all what happens to Ukraine. So, he is onboard to let Putin have the place. If that turns into additional countries, or anything in Europe, Trump and his VP appear aligned they don't care.
Taiwan - He has openly stated China can have them. He will provide no defense of the country and won't stand behind their democracy, which had been US policy. He has invited China to invade and take over the country. He feels Taiwan stole chip technology from us and needs to be punished, and his punishment is to walk away from them. China will take Taiwan under a Trump presidency. Expect when it happens, that chaos ensues. Chaos is the primary mode of operation and the goal. In chaos, it is hard for the public to be able to tell who is right, wrong, or doing them harm. Expect a lot of that.
These moves are going to embolden other dictators the world over. The US will no longer have our allies' backs and Trump will only require some sort of financial tribute be paid to him, and our policy will be to step aside. NATO will be abandoned under Trump, he can't wait to do that.
Now, why anybody would want these things to come to pass is beyond me. Our world will become less safe and the danger would rise rapidly.
Trump's statement about these things are flatly insane and indicate a man that has no belief in nor any use for foreign policy at all.
In fact our military, which has been a tool to maintain peace around the world and support our allies, will instead become a military force to be used inside our country. No longer to defend us, but rather, to enforce whatever Trump's kleptocracy wants. So, our standing army would become like the armies in many dictatorships, less designed for foreign defense and more to quell and prevent domestic uprisings.
Sure, he may start by having them round up foreigners in our country, putting them in camps for elimination/removal, but that army will then be turned on whatever the new emperor wants. He is already setting up to declare whatever business he does not like "corporate pigs" and will turn his forces on them. These were statements being made at the RNC convention. This is the move toward a Putin-like kleptocracy, where a small group of men, of Trump's choosing, will control all business and pay Trump to do so. They will eliminate complainers that don't want to turn over their business to them, the same way Putin does.
We will become a country like North Korea and Russia. Ruled by a man that will say over and over he is doing the greatest things, and if you disagree...well...you are an enemy of the emperor and will be put down.
