Just returned home from the Democratic Party of Georgia State Committee meeting with Dems from all over the state. These are the people who are grassroots organizers of urban, suburban, and rural voters and who know what voters are thinking. Guess what? They want Biden/Harris for 2024. Jamie Harrison, the DNC chair spoke to us and energized us even more than we were especially when he said Biden/Harris were still running. Even millennials and Gen Z adults want Biden/Harris and you know why? Everyone is really fucking sick of the wealthy acting like they can just buy what they want and that is what is happening with this Biden thing. There is word that Dean Phillips established a PAC that has been funding ads to gain support for Biden dropping out. I've also heard that perhaps Dean is angling for the #1 on the ticket. I've been saying this for several weeks by now, but logistically there is not a path available to change the ticket at this point. There just is not. But perhaps more importantly, there are more people who actually WANT the Biden/Harris ticket. Pete could run in 2028, but if you don't want defection of a large number of Democrats, legal actions by the Republicans that could easily end up at SCOTUS. We can all pretty much guess what decision they'd drop. What will help us defeat trump and Project 2025 is for the Drop Out Biden people and the Biden Bashers to stop and start letting all of the energy in the Democratic Party go toward the Biden/Harris campaign. The DNC is actually "headed" by the President when he is in office, even though there is a chair. There is really nothing that the DNC itself can do if these whiny white (mostly) men decide that power and money is more important to them than saving their constituents from fascism. They, as wealthy white (mostly) men won't have to live with the consequences (they figure) if the Dems lose the presidential. Also, I think it's up to us, the voters to work to put an end to the circular firing squad that is going on right now. Biden/Harris are not going to drop out and the sooner people stop saying well maybe John could step in as #1 and whoever could be VP or even Harris could step up to #1 and whoever could be VP. Again, logistically this is NOT going to happen because of the calendar and the time, if nothing else. The Drop Out Biden and Biden Bashing is also being exacerbated by bots and trolls from Russia, and maybe China and Iran. But just like with 2016 and "her emails," Americans are once again falling for the misinformation and disinformation that is being shoveled on us by foreign actors in addition to what the Democratic oligarchs are trying to do to us. I'm not just making this stuff up. I am seeing it up close and personal. If so many people believe that because they have saved us so many times, we should listen to Black women, then why, for the love of God, are we NOT listening to what they're telling us now? They want the ticket of Biden/Harris. Mark my words, the people who are driving this (the people with the money) do not want a Black woman on the ticket. And as far as how Harris sounds, I can tell you as a speech language pathologist that she has some hyper nasality I think. If it isn't hyper nasality , then it's hypo nasality but rhinoplasty doesn't help hyper/hyponasality. There are several causes for it including a cleft, fistula, or short palate. Also the back of the palate may not be closing off the nose from the oral cavity so air is escaping through the nose (hyper). With hypo nasality, it can be a cold, faulty closing of the back of the palate or anything that keeps air from escaping through the nose when it needs to. I'm not saying that these white men in the different levels (donors, elected, the wealthy) are overtly racist. It's a subtle racism that can even be called microaggression. That is something that I've picked up through some of the listening, reading, exoploring that has been made available to me in some of my organizing work over the last 7 years.  Anyway, just like probably everyone else, I am so tired ua of not hitting trump and instead hitting our own candidates. We need to all stop with the 'building of a team" for this year and just get them elected. Then, because I believe that if we stop this fucking nonsense we will win, we can start figuring out what amazing people we have to run in 2028.
