Wouldnt it be nice for me if everyone who happened to disagree with you were one of my 'footsoldiers"? Wow, that would put me in command of a massive army--63% of 300 million people in America alone... 189 million. What a vast power... If I were to peacably stick with music, that would mean by a landslide, the most successful musical project in history. An album that would gross 2.69 billion dollars, anytime I wanted. Hmmm. Two of those a year, and it could start adding up to some real money, especially considering I'd be unlikely to spend more than $250,000 in production costs.

Or, it would put me in command of the largest army in history--an army that could swarm the world, without even breaking a sweat. An army about 175 times the size of the present US military. And that doesnt even include the, say 70% of the EU who agree with me on the basic principles. Another 245 million or so. Plus, say 200 million Russians and Stan'sters. So, without wandering too far from the US or Western Europe, I'd be in command of around 634 million troops, a military machine that would boggle the mind of even the most grandiose of dictators.

It's insulting to them, and it's beyond ludicrous.

Though it's kind of fun to imagine myself swaggering around, with monocle and jackboots, ordering this and that to happen, and have people actually doing what I say. I'll bring up the fantasy next time Bek says "NO!" to me.
