I'm 47. I'm 6' 5" (too tall), my eyesight is 20x200, and I've had, and will have, bone spurs removed from my neck. I don't think they'll take me. And to be completely honest, I'm probably too much of a coward. So, I do what I can to support the troops. We have monthly jeans day here at work where about 1,000 employess pay $2.00 to wear jeans on the last Friday of the month. At my suggestion the Wounded Warrior Project will soon be a recipient of these funds. I also personally contribute to this project. Last December I read that the captives at GITMO receive more cards and letters than those who guard them. We all got together and sent the troops in GITMO a special package, with our thanks, last Christmas.
I know most of you say "I support the troops but not the war." Let's hear what you've done to back up this claim. Check you pm's Ed. I want you to see what I've done.
