"Look at the list of this guys "accomplishments"."

Did you read those before you posted the link, Dale?

The perjury charge arose from Clinton's testimony about his relationship to Monica Lewinsky during a sexual harassment lawsuit brought by former Arkansas-state employee Paula Jones. The obstruction charge was based on his actions during the subsequent investigation of that testimony. The Senate later voted to acquit Clinton on both charges.

Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr investigated the firings and could find no evidence of wrongdoing on the Clintons' part.

In March 2000, Independent Counsel Robert Ray determined that there was no credible evidence of any criminal activity. Ray's report further stated "there was no substantial and credible evidence that any senior White House official was involved" in seeking the files.

None of the allegations have been proven. In response, it has been pointed out that Republican presidential pardons have also been controversial, including President Gerald Ford's pardon of former President Richard Nixon on September 8, 1974 and President George H. W. Bush's pardons of six Reagan administration officials accused or convicted in connection with the Iran-Contra affair and Orlando Bosch.

Neither claim was proven, and both resulted in no charges brought against Clinton.

Whitewater was a washout, Paula Jones was recruited by right wing kooks and had a history of stalking Mr. Clinton, everything you have there is empty charges...Clinton did lie about Monica and so did commit perjury and that's what they "nailed" him on. To me the greatest sin of his presidency is not even mentioned there but perhaps I've got an odd sense of right and wrong.

For the record I never voted for Bill Clinton and never liked him. I had been a supporter of Bob Kerrey in the run up to 92 (that ended badly, of course)...I learned then that veterans of Vietnam were likely to have some serious issues when running for President...or maybe it's just if their last name begins with K and ends in Y...ha ha ha ha...

Anyway, there's no "there" there in that Clinton list. Notice all of the "no evidence", "voted to acquit", "None of the allegations have been proven", stuff in there...trumped up charges and paid for accusers...none of that smells right.

Is Bill Clinton likable? Probably not, but I don't think it's right to lynch him on what makes the grass grow.

Maybe if I was you and liked him and then felt betrayed by him I would feel different but I never liked him so I have no emotional attachment to that situation.
