First, a couple of disclaimers; my wife and I do not have children and we both believe in a woman's right to choose. With that being said, this ruling by the Florida Supreme court is unbelievable. I can't imagine what they were thinking. This ruling now allows a minor to go get an abortion without parental approval. All other surgical procedures need parental approval. So does getting a tatoo or body piercing. But now these girls can run out and get an abortion without the parents having any idea of what's going on.
