That's exactly why I said this sort of thing falls under "Bad Parent Legislation", they'll have to draft up a whole new bill for it to fix all the problems that stem from "bad parenting" to solve this problem with minors getting abortions. The fact is that if I never know, never find out, that if my child feels this has to be a secret from me, I am a bad parent and I should have worked to fix this thing in advance of the pregnancy. I just don't believe you rely on the government to stop your kids from keeping secrets from you. We're really only talking about one little portion of this issue too. I know it's a really tough issue to attack.
