I do not pretend to believe that they are absolute in anything they say. This is why I stress that it is important to read both side, and then decide for yourself where the truth lies. Both Franken & Moore have their agendas I agree, but I personally am inclined to believe in what they say. 1) Because neither strikes me as being duplicitous (meaning I don't feel they want to be media darlings(unlike Rush or Bill, who seem to grow ever larger when the spotlight is on them)) and 2) your dismissal of them, tells me that they represent something that many people don't want to even bother to hear or read. That smacks of a one sided - closed minded thought process. That is exactly what we don't need. We need poloticians and more importantly voters who are informed and who have ALL of the facts available to them in order to make an informed decision. Not a blindly liberal or conservative POV. You illustarte the differences between the ideologies quiet nicely by your dismisal of substance their work. Question authoirty, as the bumper stickes says. Its OUR government. They work for US.  They decide - we pay the price. I'd like to know what my dollar gets me, before I spend it.

Why would you be so opposed to people who are trying to shine a light on what many percieve as inequities and injustices??

I urge all of us to be well rounded and informed persons before we dismiss, out of hand, someone elses POV.

Thats all. And of course this is discourse I intend no personl insults or slings. Thats the last thing we all need around here.
