It actually is based on logic. You are involving your own moral and ethical bias and that's why it makes no sense to you. When I say I agree with the court ruling it does not equate to "I agree with 11 years olds being able to have an abortion without the involvement of the parent." and that I support that notion. I have stated that in everyone of my posts on this I think.

I'm not sure how you got to know so much about the thought process an 11 year old girl goes through but I'd be more inclined to hear out Andrea or Kelly on that point.
Dont need to get into her thought processes but the point I was making is that maturity might greatly influence her decision and an 11 year old does not have the maturity to make that decision. She will feel quite differently about that decision say at 21.
