Someone with half a brain can read it and see it's not overtly racist. However, let's keep in mind the audience it was presented to. We are talking football fans, the majority of which find complete idiots like John Madden entertaining. Most football fans can't grasp something so intellectually deep.

That having been said, I do believe Rush, like most other republiklans, is a racist and hate monger. Did I mention hypocrite? Remember after the heroin addicted Kurt Cobain killed himself? Limbaugh called him "a piece of human debris". Gee... looky here.. seems Rush has a little hillbilly heroin problem of his own (allegedly). Better go get daddy's shotgun.
