Look, these guys know nothing at this point, and IF they are terrorists who want to kill Americans, then it seems to me that the way to find out is by trial, where a third party listens to EVIDENCE and draws a conclusion as to whether they are a danger to society.
It seems we want to skip over the evidence part altogether. Trust me, they're terrorists. How do we know? We don't know.
It seems that all this is doing is fanning the flames of hatred for our country and I don't see how that will make us any safer in the future.
