Unfortunately, this is very true. But in most of these countries we have gone back into that country and helped removed the dictator/tyrant. Yes we were wrong to support these leaders. But it would have been far worse for us to deny our involvement and leave them in power rather than accept the fact that we did made a mistake and to go back and remove them. This is the same situation we have in Iraq. Hussein did have our support back in the 80's because he was fighting Iran. Iran was a well known ally of the Soviets and they had taken 66 Americans hostage for 444 days. In most major conflicts the US has always chosen a side. Reagan decided to side with Saddam for the reasons I mentioned above. He did the same thing in Afghanistan. The Soviets were a huge factor in these decisions. Who on this board (who are old enough to remember the cold war) would not have done the same?

One more thing; none of the countries you mentioned above has ever had, attempted to build, or tried obtain, WOMD.

Now, how about a music update? It's been awhile...
