Thanks a lot.  Honestly, I don't drink Kool-Aid, and I know what you mean by that, made popular by Bill O'Reilly.  The information was published by Hustler because unfortunately, Larry Flint is probably the only publisher brave enough to publish what we definitely do not want to even think about.  But the facts are the facts, and physics is physics.  In fact, aside from the publishing in Hustler, the internet has all kinds of links to examinations on this subject, so before you go off thinking I'm nuts or something, do a little checking around and you will find that actually, there are some hard questions which have never properly been addressed.  Why?  Because it's too awful to think about.
